Booking
You can book up to two (2) accommodation facilities (16 people) per reservation beginning one day after the reservation has been made at the earliest. We will confirm your reservation by e-mail.
Form of payment
If you prefer to pay for your reservation in advance, we request that you contact a sales service representative. You can also pay for your reservation upon arrival.
Cancellations
Reservations lasting from one to three (1–3) nights may be cancelled the previous evening before your scheduled arrival by 6 p.m. Reservations lasting more than three (3) nights must be cancelled 7 days before your scheduled arrival at the latest. We charge the price for one (1) night for failing to cancel a reservation or for canceling a reservation too late.
Other
All online reservations include breakfast, free use of Vesimaailma spa, and entrance into the restaurant. More detailed information concerning our holiday packages is located on this page under “Holiday Packages”.
Minimum stay for our Midsummer Package is 2 nights. The holiday center reserves the right to cancel the reservation if you stay less than the minimum duration.
Minimum stay for our Christmas Package is 3 nights. The holiday center reserves the right to cancel the reservation if you stay less than the minimum duration.
Guests should arrive at their reserved place of accommodation by 6 p.m. or notify us if the time of arrival is later. The holiday center does not have anyone on duty during the night.
Check-in time begins at 2 p.m. (at 3 p.m. on Saturdays) and check-out is at 12 p.m.
You may request a later check-out time once you have arrived.
When making a reservation, be sure you have chosen the correct price for the type of accommodation and number of guests.
